Brian C. Tobias, President/CEO

Brian Tobias has spent the last 25 years focused on building the diversified skills to become an expert in hard assets and managing hard asset portfolios. His consulting work for major banks, government entities, and high-net-worth individuals is a testament to his success.

Born to a family that emigrated from Scotland that lived through (and learned from) the depression, Mr. Tobias understands the intrinsic value of hard assets, and he has built Diamex Group in order to share that knowledge with a broad base of clients.

Because the combination of distressed Real Estate, Precious Metals, and Natural Color Diamonds has consistently created long term wealth for Mr. Tobias and his family of clients—a goal that has remained paramount to him for a quarter of a century—he created one of the first hard asset firm fundamentally focused on this triad of hard asset investing and investment diversification.

Nicholle is our real estate expert, with over 20 years of experience in the U.S. real estate market, mainly focused on the mortgage and loan side of the industry. Through the years, Nicholle has established close relationships with banks, mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, and real estate agents, and through this extensive network, she provides exclusive access to some of the top distressed real estate in the United States.

Nicholle’s tenure in the real estate industry has coincided with one of the most tumultuous markets in the history of real estate. Throughout, however, she consistently urged market leadership to seize the downturn as an opportunity for growth. She has consistently redefined what’s possible while opening doors to wealth-building and leadership for countless real estate professionals.

Nicholle's success in an increasingly complex and competitive marketplace is a function of her tenacity, drive, leadership skills, and ability to assemble and empower high-functioning teams.
